Program Fact Sheets

MEAAP tracks 11 economic stimulus programs funded under the 2003 Economic Stimulus Bill (PDF), and has begun to collect information about nine programs newly funded under the 2006 Economic Stimulus Bill (PDF). These programs were created to provide grants, loans, investments and other incentives to companies, universities, nonprofits, and public-private partnerships for economic development, technology research and development, job training, and other activities.
