Payments to biotechnology or medical device manufacturing companies that create jobs based on income taxes generated by new employees.
(Created under the 2003 Economic Stimulus Bill, c.141 of the Acts of 2003, s.23.  Expanded under the 2006 Economic Stimulus Bill, c. 123 of the Acts of 2006, s. 56, 57, and 58, to include marine science technology companies.)
